New photos and update

Hey everyone. Scott and i are doing real well out here in sacto. We've experienced so much grace and have great hope for all that is to come. Scotts last visit to the O.R. went as the surgeon expected. The top fracture is healing well and shouldn't need a graft. If the bottom fracture won't heal in time for the scheduled surgery in the begining of March he'll have a plate put in on top of it, with a graft behind. This leaves a possibility for one day removing the plate. After that surgery we can expect at least one more, but we don't know when, to remove the hardware thats left... the 6 pins and remaining 4 bolts. So maybe by next winter he'lll be up and snowboarding. Seriously though, its a good thing this winter has been super weak in Tahoe, hes pretty upset about missing a whole season. Funny, i thought i'd be the only one who ever had that happen. All those years i was prego and nursing, etc. I think that totaled like 4 seasons! I'm not bitter. I treasure those years and memories of my teeny weeny kids that are now so big and wild. Anyways... keep those prayers goin' up and we'll see if scott doesn't need surgery afterall! Love you guys, devon
